Delivery costs

The cost of delivery is based on the total weight of the packet. This means that you may be able to buy multiple items (depending on the weight of the items) at the same shipping rate as if you had bought one item.

Dispatch

Our aim is to dispatch items within 3-working days of payment being received. Items are dispatched Monday to Friday excluding UK public holidays. We do not dispatch items on the weekend.

Delivery timings

We currently only ship to the UK (including Northern Ireland), Guernsey and Isle of Man

PLEASE do not place an order for a different location choosing United Kingdom as a delivery address - as the order will NOT be shipped and any refund will deduct any non refundable fees levied by the payment provider as a result of fraudulent / dishonest transaction.

Items dispatched to UK addresses can take 5 working days to arrive. All items are dispatched via tracked services.

 

 

Items not received?

Before contacting us please check the following:

 

Check the delivery address provided to us is correct
-	It is the buyers responsibility to ensure that a full, complete and accurate delivery address is provided at the time of purchase. We take no responsibility for items not arriving due to incorrect address details provided by the customer.
Contact your local sorting office
-	Items too large to fit through your letterbox or that are dispatched via recorded delivery are likely to be held at your local sorting office where no one was present to accept delivery. The Royal Mail (as well as other mail providers if you are outside of the UK) often forget to post a note through your letterbox in the event that you are not in to accept delivery. In 9 out of 10 instances, items not received are being held at the sorting office.
