Returns policy

We want you to be happy with your purchase. However, if the item is not suitable for your requirements, you have 14 days in which to take advantage of our no quibble returns policy*.


Our returns policy is as follows:

Items must be unworn with original tags attached.

You will need to pay for the postage of any items you return.

We do not accept responsibility for items lost in transit on the way to us. We therefore recommend that items are sent using recorded delivery or at the very least getting a proof of postage. Buyer will need to make a claim via delivery company used if item does not arrive.

All items must be returned to us as originally sent (including no strong fragrance).

Items must be neatly folded and packaged in a similar manner as originally sent and with original packaging.

You must contact us with 14 days of receipt notifying us of your intention to return the item. Items will need to be received by us within 14-days from the return request date.

Refunds will be credited to your original method of payment no later than 3 working days after we receive your returned goods.

Please contact us before returning an item to obtain a returns authorisation number. A Returns Authorisation Number can be obtained by emailing us at: [email protected]

Buyer details including returns authorisation number must be included in the packet of all returns. Items returned without this information can not be processed.

Items returned not in their original condition will be subject to a deduction from your refund.

 

*Please note: due to hygiene reasons; knickers, bikini sets, swimsuits, swimshorts & shapewear are excluded from our no quibble returns policy and can only be returned in the unlikely event that they are faulty.
