Wallis Black Embroidered A-Line Skirt

Length is approx 26" to netting frill and 30" from waist to bottom of the frill (longest point).

The sizing of this skirt is quite small. A size 16 has a waist of approx. 30-31", and hips of 42". Generally, measurements increase/decrease by 1.5-2" per size.
