Monsoon Strappy Smock Style Chiffon Dress

This stunning dress from MONSOON would make an excellent addition to any ladies closet.

Its flattering design includes an elasticated bodice - I have photographed this item with the elasticated band with contrasting criss-cross embroidery covering the top 1/3 of the bust (as photoed); but it could be worn with the elasticated strip above the bust, scalloped trim with contrasting edge to top of bodice, side ties, fully adjustable spaghetti shoulder straps, plus gathered material underneath bodice which flares to the bottom hem giving a becoming A-Line look. It is lined to help prevent show-though and is pull-on fit – so no zip.

The skirt is made from a medium-weight chiffon fabric which has an abstract print in shades of royal blue, fuchsia, and grey which makes a striking contrast to the black background colour.

The bust sizing is very small with this item; and the elasticated strip is only approx 3" deep.

Based on a size 18, the elasticated strip is approximately 26" (unstretched) stretching to 38". These measurements decrease by approximately 1.5" per dress size. This means you may need a size or two larger than you would normally purchase.

Length is approximately 43” from shoulder to hem when laid flat.

Material: 40% cotton, 60% viscose.
